Step 1: Submit a quote request or call to speak with one of our travel consultants. They will discuss exactly what you are looking for and find the best possible flights at a discounted price based on your preferences.

Step 2: Once you decide on an itinerary, your consultant will send you a ticket agreement form to your email. Fill it out and we take care of the rest.

Step 3: Enjoy your flight! We may not be able to participate in this step with you, but souvenirs and postcards are always welcome.

The Fly World Class team has been in the travel industry for many years. We won’t tell you how long, or that would age us and we’re not getting any younger. By using our wealth of experience, we have signed exclusive deals with major consolidators and wholesalers within the airline industry. This allows us to book first and business class airfare for our clients at a huge discount. In most cases, you will find us to be 20-50% cheaper than what you can find online. Some restrictions do apply and discounts vary by dates, origin and destination, and routing.

We always recommend booking as soon as possible. The sooner you book your flights, the more availability we have to get you on your desired itinerary. Discounted airfare is limited to availability and waiting to book could mean you lose the low price we found you. Name the time and place, and we’ll get you there!

Technically, no. Even us industry insiders don’t have that superpower. Airlines release their schedules 11 months prior to departure. But that shouldn’t stop you from submitting a quote request. Once availability opens up, we will send you itinerary options.

When filling out the ticket agreement form, you are required to provide the following details for each passenger:

 

Full name exactly as it appears on passport

Date of Birth

Gender

Passport details (document number, country of issuance, expiration date)

 

Hobbies, interests, favorite song or movie… just kidding, we only match you with flights, not people.

You will receive your confirmation and invoice to your email generally within 24 hours of filling out the ticket agreement form. Some airlines take longer to issue tickets, and in those cases your travel consultant will let you know.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, wire-transfers and even Bitcoin!

Sometimes airlines bill us directly and other times they require us to use your credit card for part of or the entire fare. Do not worry, we promise the amount of all charges will not exceed the total price you agreed to.

We get it. Life happens and sometimes plans change. Most of our first and business class tickets can be changed or cancelled. Just like booking any discounted airfare, change options are subject to availability. We recommend notifying your consultant as soon as possible to provide you available options. In some rare occasions, fare rules limit the ability to change or cancel your tickets. Please inquire with your consultant regarding specific itineraries.

You will accrue both mileage and status on most of our airfare. On some heavily discounted tickets, mileage and status are not accrued. But don’t worry. Whether you’re a medallion this, or a premiere that, or new to the game, we treat you the same.

That’s a great question we don’t have the answer to. But we can point you in the right direction. Please visit VisaHQ or check with the corresponding country’s embassy website. We only book tickets and are not authorized to advise you on your necessary travel visa(s). Please be sure to check requirements before booking your flights.

While we aren’t authorized insurance brokers and can’t sell you insurance, we do offer ticket protection. When requesting your tickets, inquire if ticket protection is available for your itinerary. Purchasing ticket protection pays for lower change or cancellation fees. If you do have to change or cancel your ticket, you will only be charged the change of fare at the time of re-booking.

Didn’t realize you forgot your passport until you arrived to the airport? Showed up to the wrong airport? Overslept through your outbound and return on the same itinerary? Been there, done that. We sound like an insurance commercial you may have seen on TV.
